Submit Pin/Download file
Open/Run File
UAC Click OK
UAC Click Yes
Log-Me-In Click OK
Enter the six digit PIN given to you by the Genesys support technician to download the Support_LogMeInRescue.exe applet.
Find the file in your downloads
folder and Open or Run the file by clicking the 'Open' link or by double-clicking the file name.
If Microsoft Windows User Account Control is enabled, click OK at the first prompt.
If Microsoft Windows User Account Control is enabled, click Yes when asked about a program making changes to the device.
Finally, click OK when the Log Me In Rescue prompt pops up.
